Dear Adrian,
You have received a sunshine letter! When we first visited you with a dream in our hearts but little money in our bank, we were entirely sure we were ready to own our own real home. The first thing we required to head down that path towards the front door with a new key firmly in hand, was knowledge. You gave this in abundance. Real, informed, important, relevant knowledge that we soaked up like sponges. You talked and talked, explained, discussed and answered all our questions. You led us through all possible scenarios just in case. And you did all this with such passion for the topic - as if we were the only people you had spoken to about mortgages and weren't going over the same material you probably do every day. Then, when our plans changed we came back to you and talked some more. And again, you were happy to do this. Eventually, we bought our perfect house, from which we are writing this letter to you.
To you, you did your job. You may acknowledge that you did your job well. But it is more than that. You helped to change our lives. You showed us were we were going to and the right home for us and so we believed it. And so it came true. That is why we had to write to thank you (it's more sincere that way, don't you think).
