I was having difficulties finding someone to give me a remortgage, Euxton Mortgage Market was recommended to me and didn't disappoint. Normally when my mortgage deal ends I search on the web for weeks going through the remortgage products on offer trying to work out what's good and bad, how much it will cost over the products lifetime etc. but this time I just didn't want the hassle and besides comparison sites seem to contradict each other so it's hard to determine the best one for us so I wanted to use a mortgage advisor. We decided to call and make an appointment with Euxton Mortgage Market after seeing their advert in the local paper. When we arrived for the appointment we were met by Rachel who went through the basics of a remortgage followed by some questions about our personal circumstances and what we were looking for in a remortgage. After listening to what we had to say Rachel got to work on finding us some products to consider and after some further discussions we decided on the offset with Yorkshire Bank (who are very good and have fantastic customer services).

I can't thank Rachel and Euxton Mortgage Market enough, I wanted a hassle-free experience and that's exactly what I got, even the 'hiccups' with the solicitor were handled by Rachel (it's a shame Euxton Mortgage Market don't also do the solicitor element as their customer ethos is one of the best).
