We would not be in our new house now without Rachel at Euxton Mortgage Market. We were first time buyers and didn't even think we were in a position to buy a house when we first went for our free consultation with Rachel. We had concerns about applying for the right mortgage and how we would ever know which lenders would accept us. From our first meeting, all of the stress of this was taken away and Rachel confirmed we were in a good position to get a mortgage. She talked us through every option in detail and explained anything we were not sure about, while assessing our particular situation. The best thing was that Rachel's knowledge of lenders and mortgages meant she knew which lenders may turn us down and which would definitely accept us, so we did not have to worry about being refused and having numerous credit checks. The daunting prospect of obtaining the right insurance was also sorted out through Rachel and her knowledge was second to none. When our house buying process hit some hurdles, Rachel was also incredibly helpful in contacting our solicitor to find out the situation as they had a good working relationship with them. From the first meeting Rachel Watson explained the whole mortgage process very well and answered any questions I had.
