Adrian was introduced to us through a mutual friend who had used Adrian's services in the past. We were looking to re-mortgage and needed the services of an adviser who acted on our behalf and not in the interest of the bank or mortgage company. We were looking for an Advisor who was familiar with the whole mortgage market, familiar with the application processes, and an Advisor that could expedite our application and answer all queries in a timely manner. Due to my employment, we were also looking for an Advisor that was confidential in all aspects of his dealings with us.
Although we had not met Adrian prior to instructing him, we are pleased to say that he has surpassed all of our expectations of a Mortgage Advisor, and that our particular matter was completed within 1 month of instruction. There was never a time when Adrian was not aware of exactly what point our application was, and due to his extensive knowledge of the mortgage market, he was always ahead of the game with lenders and solicitors playing 'catch up' with him.
We have never provided any kind of testimonial or recommendation for a company or individual before, however, Adrian and Euxton Mortgage Market have been exceptional in all of their dealings with us, and as such, deserve every recommendation they receive.

We used Euxton Mortgage Market to help us find the right mortgage to support the purchase of a new home. Despite not being immediately local to the Euxton area, the whole process was made very easy: with a bit of time spent upfront gathering information and sending through using the intuitive online system, Adrian was able to do a lot of the preparation work up front, minimising the amount of travel and effort for us.
As we purchased a new build property which was nearing completion, we needed to have a mortgage in place relatively quickly and Euxton Mortgage Market handled all the arrangements for us, ensuring our mortgage was available in plenty of time and taking a large amount of stress out of the whole process.
We cannot recommend Adrian and Euxton Mortgage Market enough for their sound and reliable financial advice and friendly and helpful service. We’ll be using again for sure!

The service that Adrian provided me was second to none. He is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend him highly enough. Adrian provided an excellent and professional service sorting out our current remortgage. Although it wasn't a straight forward application, Adrian was able to provide us with several options, that offered good rates and were appropriate for our priorities and needs.

Adrian took care of the whole process and we were able to leave the whole application to him knowing that it would be taken care of efficiently and professionally. Adrian took complete control of our application and monitored its progress throughout, keeping in constant touch with the mortgage provider and appropriate legal team and notifying us if any additional information was required, to
enable us to provide it straight away. However, Adrian had already prepared us for any information that may be required so he was able to satisfy any of the additional requirements of the Mortgage provider as he already had the information at hand.
