I visited Adrian in the first instance to discuss the possibility of raising a mortgage for my intended house purchase. The process was very simple and Adrian worked efficiently to provide me with an Agreement in Principle.

Once I had made an offer on a property, I returned to see Adrian to proceed to a full mortgage offer. He asked me to provide as much information as possible, including identification, utility bills and wage slips. Upon receipt of this information, Adrian looked for the beast deals, before confirming that I wanted to proceed. At this point, he submitted all my information to the mortgage lender and we waited for confirmation of the mortgage offer. Throughout the whole process, he communicated well and gave me all the information that I required. Once the offer was underwritten, we discussed critical illness cover and home insurance.

Adrian has a vast knowledge and much experience of mortgages and related financial products.

I would thoroughly recommend the use of his services and will be returning in 2 years time to discuss my mortgage when the 2 year deal expires.

Adrian was introduced to us through a mutual friend who had used Adrian's services in the past. We were looking to re-mortgage and needed the services of an adviser who acted on our behalf and not in the interest of the bank or mortgage company. We were looking for an Advisor who was familiar with the whole mortgage market, familiar with the application processes, and an Advisor that could expedite our application and answer all queries in a timely manner. Due to my employment, we were also looking for an Advisor that was confidential in all aspects of his dealings with us.
Although we had not met Adrian prior to instructing him, we are pleased to say that he has surpassed all of our expectations of a Mortgage Advisor, and that our particular matter was completed within 1 month of instruction. There was never a time when Adrian was not aware of exactly what point our application was, and due to his extensive knowledge of the mortgage market, he was always ahead of the game with lenders and solicitors playing 'catch up' with him.

We used Euxton Mortgage Market to help us find the right mortgage to support the purchase of a new home. Despite not being immediately local to the Euxton area, the whole process was made very easy: with a bit of time spent upfront gathering information and sending through using the intuitive online system, Adrian was able to do a lot of the preparation work up front, minimising the amount of travel and effort for us.
As we purchased a new build property which was nearing completion, we needed to have a mortgage in place relatively quickly and Euxton Mortgage Market handled all the arrangements for us, ensuring our mortgage was available in plenty of time and taking a large amount of stress out of the whole process.
