I decided to use Euxton Mortgages through a friend’s recommendation, although I was purchasing a property in Blackpool, Euxton Mortgages were local to my work which I thought would be easier for me in case I had to keep visiting. I only had to visit the office twice during the whole process and Faye was always available by email or phone and responded to my numerous questions quickly. I felt comfortable and able to ask any questions and the answers I received were easy to understand and given in ‘layman terms’ I was continuously updated on my mortgage application and felt supported throughout.

I would 100% recommend Faye and Euxton Mortgages, as a first time buyer this was a nice experience for me even though difficulties did arise (through no fault of Euxton Mortgages) I was fully aware and understood what was going on and advised on what my options were and possible outcomes.

I also want to add that the whole team at Euxton Mortgages were great, if for whatever reason I couldn’t speak to Faye straight away there were other people who helped. I never felt like I was chasing them or waiting to hear back. Thank you all for your help.
