4.3 With your permission and/or where permitted by law, we may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email, telephone, text message and/or post with information, news and offers

5. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

5.1 We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal data to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
5.2 We also have procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
5.3 We may transfer your personal data to the United States of America when you use our online diary booking system.
5.4 The United States of America does not have the same data protection laws as the United Kingdom and EEA. Whilst the European Commission has not given a formal decision that the United States of America provide an adequate level of data protection similar to those which apply in the United Kingdom and EEA, any transfer of your personal information will be subject to a European Commission approved contract (as permitted under the General Data Protection Regulation) that are designed to help safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a misuse of your personal data.
5.4 In addition, our Site is hosted by Advisor Pro (details above) and your data will be transferred to such third party before being transmitted to us.
5.5 We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
